Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Earlier arrival or later departure possible by prior arrangement.

We offer self check-in using lockboxes. Access codes are sent by 2:00 PM on your arrival day. At the green gate, there's a small lockbox with the gate remote, and between the green doors another lockbox with the main entrance key. Keys for the sauna and garden gate are inside by the door.

Please: leave the villa reasonably tidy, wash dishes or run the dishwasher, empty the fridge of your products, take trash to the bins outside the gate, turn off lights, close windows and doors, return keys to lockboxes and scramble the codes.

5 parking spots are available on the driveway. Additionally, one spot on the street in front of the brown garage doors (please park close to the garage to avoid blocking traffic).

The villa is in the second row of buildings (not on the main street). Enter through the green gate via a small bridge. Exact location: Tąpadła 50, 58-111 Tąpadła. Google Maps link sent before arrival.

Yes, we offer high-speed 900 Mbps fiber optic internet. Network name: CasaGatita. Password provided at check-in. Perfect for remote work and streaming.

The Finnish sauna fits 6 people and is in a separate building on the property (30 m²). It heats up in about 25 minutes. Included: relaxation room with seating, ice-cold shower, essential oils and towels. Never pour oils directly on the stones. Use towels for sitting/lying. If it shuts off automatically - circuit breaker #4 in the hallway.

Yes! The living room has an HD projector with Chromecast - you can stream from Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime. Stereo speakers and digital piano are also available. Detailed audio instructions are on-site.

The house is equipped with Google Home. You can control lights by voice: "Hey Google, kitchen lights on/off", "Hey Google, island lights on/off", "Hey Google, ambient lights on/off", "Hey Google, all lights on/off".

Yes, pets are allowed. Please keep them clean (the house has light surfaces including a cream carpet). Dogs must sleep in their own beds. Any damage should be reported immediately with photos. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Maximum 12 people. 9 people in full comfort (single beds). Up to 12 if some guests choose to share beds. Please inform us of your preferred bed arrangement when booking.

Any overnight guest not included in the reservation must be reported to the host. Unreported guests incur a fee of 200 PLN per person per night. Unauthorized persons are not allowed on the property.

Yes, we provide a full set of bedding and towels for all guests. Sauna towels are also available on-site.

In the kitchen you'll find: olive oil, coffee, spices, and soy sauce. The kitchen is fully equipped: modern oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (whole bean), Nutribullet blender, airfryer. Full set of dishes and cutlery for 12.

Yes, firewood is provided for the living room fireplace, kitchen tile stove, and garden bonfire. Wood is on the terrace.

Booking deposit required within 48 hours of initial reservation. Remaining balance due 20 days before arrival. 500 PLN security deposit due 5 days before arrival, returned within 5 days after departure (if no damages).

Full refund for cancellations 30+ days before arrival. No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, unless a replacement guest is found for the same dates.

Local shop is 5 minutes walk away. Larger towns: Świdnica (17 min drive), Dzierżoniów (17 min), Wrocław (45 min). On Sundays, visit the Sulistrowiczki Market (8:00-12:00) at the church parking in Sulistrowiczki - fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs, honey, cheese, local crafts.

Directly from the garden you can access the trail to Radunia (573 m elevation) or Tąpadła Pass, where the blue trail to Ślęża (718 m) begins. The Ślęża Massif also offers cycling routes of varying difficulty, including Suliwoods Singletrack.

Yes! Sulistrowicki Reservoir is 10 minutes by car. It offers a sandy beach, guarded swimming area (July-August), food vendors and toilets. Free entry, paid parking in season. SuliCamp with additional attractions also available.
