House Rules

• Inside the house: strictly prohibited
• In the sauna: strictly prohibited

• Dispose of cigarette butts only in designated containers/ashtrays

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• After 10:00 PM, music is only allowed inside
• Condition: all terrace doors and windows must be closed
• Outdoor music after 10:00 PM is prohibited
• The property is near other homes - please respect the neighbors

• Small events are allowed
• Quiet hours must be observed
• Maintain good relations with neighbors
• After 10:00 PM, move the party inside

• Any overnight guest not included in the reservation must be reported to the host
• Guests are responsible for the property's security
• Unauthorized persons are not allowed on the premises

• Pets are allowed
• Please keep pets clean
• The house has light surfaces including a cream carpet
• Dogs must sleep in their own beds
• Any damage should be reported immediately with photos

• Bonfire location: designated fire pit in the upper garden
• Wood: use only provided wood from the terrace
• Seating: can be moved from near the sauna

• Available: living room fireplace, kitchen tile stove
• Use only provided wood
• Fire extinguishers are located near each unit
• Supervise children
• Never leave unattended
• Fully extinguish before going to sleep

Living room fireplace: cold chimney may cause smoke blowback - if smoke appears, open the terrace doors

• Type: gas grill
• Location: terrace
• Ensure it's completely off after use
• Don't burn plastic or harmful materials
• Accessories (skewers, sticks) are included

• Recycling is required
• Kitchen bins: paper, glass, plastic and metal
• General waste: under the sink
• Take full bags to the bins outside the gate

• Don't rearrange beds and furniture in bedrooms and living room
• Don't walk on carpets with shoes
